XRPL Korea unveiled the fourth speaker lineup for XRP Seoul 2026 on Oct. 3 at Grand Hyatt Seoul during Korea Blockchain Week 2026, with Ripple as title sponsor, according to PAPER / web3paper.net (Kim Jin-beom, Sept. 29, 2026). Newly named speakers include Nasdaq-listed Datavault AI, plus SOIL, Firelight, Axelar, RedStone, and Midnight. Earlier announcements already put Ripple President Monica Long, Kristina Chan, Ayo Akinyele, K-Weather, Trea, Robinhood, and Bitstamp on the bill.

SOIL’s XRPL vault had roughly $30 million in XRP deposits and 3,000+ depositors as of mid-month. Firelight raised an $8 million seed. Axelar’s own explorer puts cumulative transfers near $13.5 billion this month. The agenda spans RWA tokenization, on-chain XRP/RLUSD finance, and cross-chain infrastructure — ecosystem stagecraft, not a price catalyst by itself.
