Binance is distributing $800,000 worth of XRP over four weeks to eligible holders of Ripple’s dollar stablecoin RLUSD, according to TokenPost, CoinGape, and Coinpedia coverage dated Sept. 24, 2026.

The Hold-to-Earn-style campaign starts Sept. 25, 00:00 UTC (TokenPost: Sept. 24 at 8 p.m. ET) and runs through Oct. 23, 00:00 UTC. Weekly XRP distributions are scheduled by 18:00 UTC on Oct. 2, Oct. 9, Oct. 16, and Oct. 23 (timing may change). Residents of the United States and its territories are ineligible; other regional restrictions may apply.

How eligibility works

Qualifying RLUSD balances may sit in Spot, Funding, Earn (Flexible Savings), or Margin accounts, with a minimum of about 0.01 RLUSD in eligible Earn/Margin paths per exchange rules summarized in the reports. Rewards use hourly snapshots and a seven-day average qualifying balance. Incremental balance growth can carry a 1.2× multiplier; Simple Earn Flexible Savings a 1.1× multiplier; both together 1.3× on the incremental amount. Effective APR and XRP value per distribution were not fixed in advance.

RLUSD context — not a price forecast

Secondary desks note RLUSD’s market capitalization has climbed toward roughly $2.4 billion amid prior Binance reward campaigns and broader adoption coverage. CoinDesk’s Sept. 12 interview with Ripple’s Jack McDonald framed corporate treasuries and payments utility — not exchange airdrops — as the long-term growth story. Today’s item is an exchange promotions story that ties XRP rewards to RLUSD balances; it is not a prediction for either asset. Not investment advice. Campaign terms are Binance’s; verify on the exchange before participating.
